Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Jam.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. Under the DMCA, your notice must include:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on Jam.com where the material can be found.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district and will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Repeat Infringers

Jam.com will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We may also limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

AI-Generated Content

Jam.com is a platform for AI-assisted creative works. While AI-generated content may not directly copy existing works, we take claims seriously when AI output substantially resembles copyrighted material. If you believe an AI-generated work on our platform infringes your copyright, please use the form below to report it.
