Your Content: You retain full ownership of all creative works you upload to Jam.com. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. You may remove your content at any time, which terminates this license.
AI Disclosure: Jam.com is a platform for AI-assisted creative works. All content shared on the Platform is understood to be created with the assistance of AI tools. Creators should accurately represent the tools and methods used in their work.
Originality: You represent that you have the right to share the content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, or content generated in violation of the terms of the AI tools you used.

Content on Jam.com is surfaced through community voting, editorial curation, and algorithmic recommendations. We do not guarantee any particular level of visibility for your content. Our editorial team may feature, promote, or deprioritize content at their discretion.
The Jam.com platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the Platform will be error-free, or that your content will be preserved indefinitely.
We are not responsible for the content uploaded by users. Views expressed in user-generated content do not represent our views.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
