Music & Art Editor
We need editors with human ears and real taste. You'll listen to every track submitted to the platform, evaluate visual artwork, and decide what gets approved, featured on radio stations, or flagged for review.
What You'll Do
- Review and approve submitted music and visual art
- Curate radio station playlists — pick tracks that fit each station's vibe and rotate fresh music in
- Flag content that violates community guidelines (AI slop, spam, policy violations)
- Moderate comments and community posts
- Provide constructive editorial feedback to artists on rejected submissions
- Help shape the editorial voice and quality standard of the platform
What We're Looking For
- Genuine love for music across genres — not just what's trending
- Strong visual taste for evaluating AI-generated art and photography
- Ability to articulate why something works (or doesn't) in a way that helps creators improve
- Reliable, self-directed — you don't need someone watching over your shoulder
- Comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team
- Bonus: experience with music curation, radio programming, A&R, or content moderation
Full-Stack Developer
We're building a Next.js 15 platform on Supabase, Vercel, and Tailwind CSS v4 that handles audio streaming, real-time charts, licensing payments, and a growing creator community. We need developers who can ship features fast, write secure code, and aren't afraid to refactor when something isn't right.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain features across the full stack — React server/client components, API routes, Postgres/RLS policies, Supabase Edge Functions
- Implement and secure payment flows (Stripe Connect, licensing, gem economy)
- Optimize performance — audio streaming, image loading, database queries, caching
- Write migrations, maintain RLS policies, and keep the data model clean
- Identify and fix security vulnerabilities — XSS, injection, auth bypass, RLS gaps
- Collaborate with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot) — comfort with AI pair programming is expected
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript
- Supabase or Postgres experience (RLS, triggers, migrations, Edge Functions)
- Understanding of web security — OWASP Top 10, authentication flows, input sanitization
- Experience with Stripe, payment processing, or financial integrations
- Comfort working in AI-assisted coding environments — you'll be pairing with Claude Code daily
- Bonus: cybersecurity background, audio/media platform experience, Tailwind CSS v4
- Bonus: experience with Vercel deployment, edge functions, cron jobs
